Data Deletion Instructions

OnThreads lets you remove your data from our service at any time. We only store the minimum information needed to deliver your Telegram notifications — primarily your Telegram chat ID and username. When you delete your data, this information is permanently removed from our systems.

1. Open the OnThreads chat inside Telegram.
2. Send the command /stop (or /delete).
3. Your subscription and associated data are removed immediately, and you will stop receiving alerts.

If you cannot access Telegram, send an email to privacy@onthreads.lol with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the Telegram username or chat ID connected to your subscription so we can locate and remove your data.

• Your Telegram chat ID and username.
• Your notification preferences and subscription status.
• Any support correspondence tied to your account, unless we are required to retain it by law.

Deletions made through Telegram take effect immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days. Once complete, your data cannot be recovered, and you can re-subscribe at any time to start fresh.

OnThreads only surfaces content that people have already posted publicly on Threads. We do not own that content. If you want a Threads post about you removed, please manage it directly on Threads — deleting your OnThreads subscription does not affect anyone's posts on Threads.
